Educational Qualification for MPPGCL Various Posts Recruitment 2023 –
- Assistant Engineer / Manager Electrical & Assistant Engineer / Manager Civil (Trainee) – Applicants with a BE/B.Tech degree in relevant fields, having secured a minimum of 65% marks (55% marks for SC/ST category), and possessing four years of experience will be considered eligible for this post.
- Account Officer / Manager Finance (Trainee) – Individuals possessing a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification will be considered eligible for this position.
- Fire Officer – To be eligible for this post, candidates must hold a BE/B.Tech degree in Fire Engineering and have secured a minimum of 65% marks in it (50% marks for SC/ST/EWS candidates).
- Law Officer – To be eligible for this post, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) with a minimum of 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST/EWS candidates).
- Shift Chemist – Candidates who have obtained at least 65% marks (55% marks for SC/ST/EWS) in M.Sc Chemistry are eligible to apply for this post.
- Manager HR Trainee – Applicants holding an MBA in Human Resources or a PGDM degree with at least 60% marks (SC/ST/EWS: 50% marks) will be qualified for this position.
- Junior Engineer Plant / AM Plant (Trainee) – Candidates possessing a diploma in an engineering field related to the post, with a minimum of 65% marks (SC/ST/EWS: 55% marks), will be considered eligible for this position. This post is also open to candidates with a BE/B.Tech degree.
