Educational Qualification for IIT BHU Non-Faculty Recruitment 2023 –
- Registrar (Group A) – Those who possess a Master's degree in any field with at least 55% marks and have a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience will meet the eligibility criteria for this recruitment.
- Assistant Registrar (Group A) –Applicants possessing a Master's degree in any field with a minimum of 55% marks (50% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories) will meet the eligibility criteria for this recruitment.
- Junior Assistant (Group C) – To be eligible for this recruitment, applicants should possess a minimum of 55% marks in their Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Superintending Engineer (Group A) – Applicants possessing a BE / B.Tech degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering and having a total work experience of 18 years will be considered eligible for this recruitment.
- Executive Engineer Civil (Group A) – Applicants who possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (with First Division) along with a minimum of 8 years of experience will be considered eligible for this recruitment.
- Assistant Executive Engineer Electrical (Group A) – To be eligible for this recruitment, candidates should possess either a BE/B.Tech degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 3 years of experience or an engineering diploma in the relevant field with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Assistant Executive Engineer Civil (Group A) – This recruitment requires candidates to have either a BE/B.Tech degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience or an engineering diploma in a related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Junior Engineer Civil (Group B) – To apply for this recruitment, candidates should have a BE/B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering with at least 55% marks and 1 year of experience or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 55% marks and 5 years of experience in the related field.
- Junior Technician I (Group C) – Applicants who hold an engineering degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering & Technology, or Pharmacy with a minimum of 55% marks are eligible for this recruitment. Diploma candidates must have at least one year of experience.
- Junior Technician II (Group C) – Applicants possessing a bachelor's or diploma degree in Materials Science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Ceramic Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks are eligible for this recruitment. One year of experience is required for diploma holders.
- Junior Technician III (Group C) – Individuals who possess an Engineering Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science & Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks are eligible to apply for this recruitment. Diploma candidates are required to have at least one year of experience.
- Junior Technician IV (Group C) – Candidates holding an Engineering degree or diploma in Civil Engineering / Mining Engineering or equivalent, with at least 55% marks, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience will be eligible for this recruitment.
- Junior Technician V (Group C) – Eligible candidates for this recruitment must possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks, and 1 year of experience is required for Diploma candidates.
