Important Information - The online application process for admission into the two-year CET-B.Ed and Shiksha Shastri courses in Bihar has commenced on 20th February. The Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU) has been designated as the nodal university for this program.

1. Bihar B.Ed CET Form 2023: In the previous session, around 136,771 students applied for the Joint Entrance Examination (CET-BEd-2022) for admission into government and private BEd colleges across the state. Only 225 candidates enrolled in the Shiksha Shastri program.
Out of the total applicants, 75,524 were male, 61,238 were female, and nine were transgender. The university has designated 278 examination centers, and the test was conducted for approximately 36,800 seats. Last year, due to Covid-19, the exam dates were rescheduled.
Educational Qualification for Bihar B.Ed CET Application Form 2023– Applicants who possess a Graduation Degree or Master's Degree with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible to apply for this course. Those with an engineering specialization must have obtained at least 55% marks in Science and Mathematics from a recognized university.
